Pfc. Philip Cox, Combat Logistics Battalion 13 water support technician, watches a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter take off from West Wetlands Park in Yuma, Ariz., during a noncombatant evacuation operation exercise May 7, 2010. The exercise is part of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor course and takes place in the city of Yuma to provide Marines a realistic urban setting. WTI is hosted semiannually by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron 1.
