The Military Housing Office Mission is to provide safe, clean, comfortable and affordable housing for MCAS Yuma personnel and their families as quickly as possible and to enhance their experience in Yuma through a partnership between the Military Housing Office and private sector service providers. We continue forward with programs that boost morale, leading to happy residents and productive service members.
Family Housing at MCAS Yuma has been privatized and the homes are managed, operated, and maintained by Camp Pendleton, Quantico Housing, LLC (CPQH). Their property manager for MCAS Yuma is Lincoln Military Housing. The Military Housing Office (Gov't) processes housing applications and determines entitlements, maintains housing waiting lists and provides housing referral for rentals in the local community. Lincoln Military Housing and the Military Housing Office are co-located in Building 1093, Thomas Avenue.
There are a total of 821 homes controlled by MCAS Yuma. There are 693 homes located on the air station and 128 apartment-style unites located seven miles from the base at the 16th Street Family Housing complex. All the homes are designated for various rank groupings and by the number of bedrooms dispersed among the designated groups so that the most equitable distribution of homes can be provided.
