Marine Corps Air Station Yuma has implemented policies that focus on access control procedure to ensure the protection of Active Duty Personnel, residents, and civilian employees. These policies are intended to help Marines and Sailors accomplish their mission and keep families on MCAS Yuma safe, while allowing access to authorized personnel and visitors. For all requests submitted online (Sponsored Visitors and MCCS Patrons), please digitally sign or ink-sign and scan the document and save it as a PDF. Email the PDF to: MCAS_YUMA-Visitor_Access@usmc.mil from MCEN (official) email address with the Subject: “FOUO: SPONSORED VISITOR” or “MCCS Patorn”. The system may reject forms submitted from non-military/personal (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc.) email accounts so please drop forms off.
All personnel requesting access must pre-enroll and submit their information into DBIDS at http://dbids.dmdc.mil/#!/ and bring the QR code generated at the end with them to Pass & Registration for their appointment.
After forms have been submitted, Pass & Registration Staff will contact visitors to set up an appointment and confirm authorization for a criminal background check to be run.
Be sure to bring the identification cards/documents listed on the respective form for your access.
