Lance Cpl. Dane Howard backflips off the high dive at the John F. Kennedy Pool in Yuma, Ariz., during the Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron family day dive contest July 24, 2009. Approximately 420 squadron service members and family members attended the social gathering, which was sponsored by Marine Corps Community Services. Chief Warrant Officer 2 David Mangum and Lance Cpl. James Brands both received a golf club for winning the biggest splash and best dive contests during the event.
