Sgt. Maj. David Wilson, the sergeant major of Marine Attack Squadron 311 based at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., addresses the audience gathered together for the graduating corporals' course class at the station theater, Friday. Wilson spoke of passion, caring and love as the three most useful traits a noncommissioned officer in the Marine Corps could have to help their fellow Marines and lead by example.
