Members from the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS) visited Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma to get a better understanding of what makes MCAS Yuma unique and to get firsthand knowledge of what Service members on the base do to support daily operations. During their visit the DACOWITS members met with Marines and conducted focus group sessions. As part of their visit the DACOWITS members had the opportunity to tour the base and meet with Service members from different departments that provide support to the installation.
