Lance Cpl. Michael Jackson, a motor transportation operator with Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, watches the perimeter of Kiwanis Park in Yuma, Ariz., as a CH-53E Super Stallion awaits evacuees to board during a noncombatant evacuation operation Oct. 23, 2009. The exercise is part of the Weapons and Tactics Instructors course and takes place in the city of Yuma to provide Marines a realistic urban setting. WTI is hosted biannually at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, Ariz.
