Construction for the building began Sept. 20, 2008, and is scheduled to finish Nov. 6. The MCX’s grand opening will run from Nov. 18-21. The new building will house the main exchange, Marine Mart, food court, barber shop, dry cleaners, tailor shop, laundromat, video rental store, GNC, Armed Forces Bank and a tickets and tours center.
