Lance Cpl. Alec D. Weck, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron station adjutant clerk and native of Brick, N.J., stands outside of Building 980 where he works Dec. 19. Weck, a self described ?Marine Corps motivator,? is known among his peers and superiors as a Marine who always has positive contributions and a sense of humor that will often turn a bad day around. Weck has also contributed to the Desert Warrior, the station newspaper, in the form of commentaries relating to motivation and patriotism.
