Maj. Eric Austin (left), Marine Attack Squadron 513 executive officer and native of Portland, Ore., and Maj. Guy Berry, VMA-513 maintenance officer and native of Harrisburg, Penn., watch as an AV-8B Harrier II rolls past after making a landing on echo taxiway Jan. 26. VMA-513 is deploying to Iraq soon, so they practiced landing on echo taxiway in case they will need to land on surfaces smaller than the runways available on station.
