U.S. Marines assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron (H&HS) conduct H&HS's first Combat Fitness Test (CFT) of the year at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., July 17, 2019. A CFT is composed of an 880-yard sprint, lifting an ammunition can overhead repeatedly for two minutes, and performing a timed event, the maneuver-under-fire, in which Marines conduct combat-related tasks.
