Col. David A. Suggs, the commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, and several base personnel interact with members of the local Yuma community during the Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) Open House at the Pivot Point Conference Center in Yuma, Ariz., July 17, 2019. The Department of Defense established the AICUZ program to assist local governments and communities in identifying and planning for compatible land use and development in the vecinity of military air installations.
