U.S. Senator from Arizona, Kyrsten Sinema, visits Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Ariz., August 21, 2019. Sen. Sinema met with the MCAS Yuma Commanding Officer, Col. David A. Suggs, and Sergeant Major, Sgt. Maj. David M. Leikwold, and the I Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) Sgt. Maj., Sgt. Maj. James K. Porterfield. Sen. Sinema toured MCAS Yuma and spoke at a town hall meeting hosted by the air station at the station chapel.
