As part of his "Back to School" bus tour, Secretary of Education Arne Duncan visits Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., Thursday. Panel members included superintendents from all school districts in Yuma to discuss various topics which included changes in school curriculum, effects of sequestration and the education of the military child.
