Cpl. Corey C. Haeuplte, squad leader with E Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, shouts commands to his squad moments after landing on the outskirts of an urban training range in Twentynine Palms, Calif., on Oct. 10, 2009. Loading on to MV-22 Osprey aircraft at the Marine Corps Air Station in Yuma, Ariz, the company's 1st Platoon flew to Twentynine Palms, Calif., in order to capture an insurgent leader, simulating a mission they could be called to perform during their next deployment. The battalion, based in Twentynine Palms, is scheduled to deploy with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in early 2010, with E Company assigned to specialize in helicopter insertions and raids. Haeuplte, 23, is a native of Smyrna, Tenn.
