Pre-Deployment: The Black Sheep, Tomcats and Avengers’ Military Appreciation Evening Muster May 06, 2013 — Marines, Sailors and family members of Marine Attack Squadron 214, Marine Attack Squadron 211, Marine Attack Squadron 311 and Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 13 were brought together for a cross-squadron evening barbecue at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma’s base chapel courtyard, May 1.   The deploying squadron is made up of 151 Marines from MORE

Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians for Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Ariz., have been clearing unexploded ordnance on the Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range, Calif., in preparation for the upcoming Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course 1-15. This is essential to reduce the hazards for maintenance personnel when they insert new targets on the range.
